Welcome Generations Healthcare (HMO) Members. Before you click through to the Generations Healthcare website, we wanted to let you know that GlobalHealth is excited to announce that it has acquired Today’s Options® of Oklahoma (TOOK), which includes the Generations Healthcare HMO plans.

As a Generations Healthcare member, you can be assured that:

  • Your Primary Care Physician will not change.
  • You will continue to access the same great network of physicians and hospitals.
  • Your Member I.D. number will remain the same for 2014.
  • Your current benefits and copays will remain the same for 2014.
  • If you want to stay with your current plan next year, your membership automatically carries over with no action on your part.

A few other things you should know:
  • Generations will now be a part of Oklahoma-based GlobalHealth. We are Oklahomans helping Oklahomans!
  • Our Customer Care line is local and answered by Customer Care Representatives in Oklahoma. You will receive immediate help when you have questions or need assistance. Simply call 1-844-280-5555 (TTY users can call 711) for great service. We are available 8 AM to 8 PM, Central, 7 days a week to help you.
  • Generations Healthcare agents are transitioning into the GlobalHealth family so that they can continue to provide support and service to their members.

  • Generations Healthcare is an HMO with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Generations Healthcare depends on contract renewal.
  • You must receive all routine care from plan providers. You must use plan providers except in emergency or urgent care situations. If you obtain routine care from out-of-network providers neither Original Medicare nor Generations Healthcare HMO will be responsible for the costs.
